U.S. passports should remain valid for at least six months post- travel, and some nations insist on an empty VISA page for stamping. Payment Dynamics: Regular monthly payments are a must to retain your booking unless you choose to opt to pay in full upfront. Your invoice will contain the payment timeline – we advise marking these dates on your calendar. If you have a roommate, they should be up-to-date with their payments as well.

Name Alterations: Name changes on the reservation are permissible with a fee of $100 before the final payment date alongside any vendor- specific charges. Name changes will not be allowed within 30 days of departure.

Late Payment Protocol: In case of delayed payments post the due date mentioned in your plan, a late fee of $50 per person becomes applicable. This charge is auto- added the day post your due date. All requests for delayed payments need the green light from the Global Gifts Travel, LLC executive team before the invoice’s final payment deadline.

 Reinstatement Protocol:  fee of $250 per booking
